HSE Field Trainer (H/F/X)
Description
Our client develops specialised solutions dedicated to the prevention and emergency management of chemical accidents. Its products and expertise support industrial companies, HSE managers, emergency services and safety professionals worldwide. Joining this company means contributing to a concrete mission: protecting people and the environment from chemical risks. As an HSE Field Trainer, you deliver technical and hands-on training to industrial clients, distribution partners, emergency services and prevention stakeholders. Your goal is to help participants understand chemical risks, respond effectively in the event of an accident and correctly use human and environmental decontamination solutions. Day to day, you present and demonstrate the decontamination solutions, adapt your teaching approach to different audiences and train industrial teams, HSE managers, firefighters, first responders and partners alike. You prepare your sessions using internal technical and educational materials, collaborate with the Export, marketing and distribution teams, and take part in professional events and client meetings. You independently organise your own travel and schedule. The position is home-based in Belgium, covering the whole of Belgium and the Netherlands, with roughly 3 to 4 overnight stays per week depending on activity and a trip to the Paris area about every six weeks. The company offers a permanent contract with a gross monthly salary of €3,630 to €4,550 depending on experience and background, a travel bonus equal to 20% of gross salary, a company car, a laptop and phone, group and hospitalisation insurance, coverage of travel expenses and profit-sharing.
